So I got up this morning to run, which is an amazing accomplishment in and of itself these days. 4:45 comes very quickly. I made it out to the road, only to find it covered in ice. I made the decision to head back in and not run today. It’s hard not to get bummed about this, but it happens sometimes. Much like situations in life that creep up. God has used running to teach me so much about the importance of rolling with whatever comes up in life, shrugging my shoulders and moving on. I’ve got a long ways to go with this, but I am growing. I’m thankful that God uses anything he can to teach us. I’m curious, what is He using to teach you these days?
Romans 15 says “strength is for service, not status.” Who else screws this one up like I do?
